Terms

- Please contact
me for my hourly rates under a 1099 or Corp-to-Corp arrangement.
- I reserve
the right to charge additional "rush fees" for work
with deadlines of three days or less.
- If a project
is canceled for any reason during the writing phase or after completion
of the phase, I am entitled to full payment for all hours completed
up to that point.
- All revisions
based on customer reviews will be charged at my hourly rate.

Our
Agreement

- After we
agree to terms, I'll create a basic letter of agreement stating
what I will do for you at our agreed hourly rate. You can sign
it and return it to me by fax or mail.
- After I receive
the signed agreement, I will forward a questionnaire about your
project and at the same time, will request any supporting materials
your firm may have to help me get started.
- I'll process
the information you supply, come up with a concept, and create
an outline of the proposed document(s). You can make changes to
the overall direction of the project at this point, giving me
an idea of where you'd like to go with the project.
- I'll incorporate
your ideas, write a first draft(s), and present the draft for
your review. If you have changes, I'll develop a second draft
in preparation for the final layout.
